COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN – SNAPSHOT

Measures we’re taking:

  • Pre-screening all staff, employees, entertainers, sponsors and vendors for COVID-19 before the start of the festival day.

  • Screening of attendees prior to entry to Festival

  • Mask wearing by attendees, staff, employees, sponsors, entertainers, and vendors while on festival grounds except for while performing, in designated food court and smoking lounge.

  • Regular hand washing and sanitization.

  • Physical distancing of attendees, staff, employees, sponsors, entertainers, and vendors.

  • Festival staff, employees, sponsors, entertainers, and vendors are to minimize contact with equipment and shared touchpoints.

  • Sanitization of high touch surfaces throughout the day

  • Sanitization of festival equipment at the end of the day

  • Sanitize payment devices or hands from cash transactions between uses.

  • Capacity at the festival limited to 8,000 visitors at one time.

  • Clear signage to aid in all aspects of COVID-19 Safety.

 

How we’re screening for COVID-19:

  • Staff, employees, sponsors, entertainers, and vendors are required to complete COVID-19 pre-screening on their own prior to attending festival and are screened again at the start of the festival day.

  • Staff, employees, sponsors, entertainers, and vendors are required to abstain from attending the festival if they do not pass the assessment.

 

What we will do if there is a potential case, or suspected exposure to COVID-19 at our Festival:

  1. Isolate potential case in designated area (Medical Tent)

  2. Arrange to have potential case leave festival as soon as possible.

  3. Contact Public Health for next steps.

  4. Inform vendors, employees, sponsors, entertainers, and staff who may have been in contact with the potential case

  5. In the event of a festival vendor, employee, sponsor, entertainer, or staff testing positive for COVID-19, local Public Health will be notified and any/all pertinent contact tracing information as required will be provided.
